He is survived by: his father Millard "Buck" Maynard; his grandparents, Raymond Maynard, Josephine Maynard, John Jordan and Eunice Jordan; his mother Mary Lou Maynard; his children, Maryanne Maynard of Dunlow, Joshua Jervis of Canada, Rhonda Jervis, Brittany Jervis and Johnathan Marcum; and his siblings, Peggy Fletcher (John) of Genoa, W. V and George.
