He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Louise Jackson Johnson; his children, Virgie Jordan of Louisa, KY and Anthony Wayne Johnson, II (Dawn) of Crum, WV; and his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Kaylee Johnson, Corbin Jordan and Gavin Jordan.
