He is survived by: his wife Sylbia Starbird; and his children, Becky Stafford of Taylor Mich, Patricia Cooper of Hopkinsville, Amanda Stevenson (Gary) of Dunlow, Paul Starbird Jr. (Brenda) of Hopkinsville, Raymond Starbird, Nathan Starbird (Melinda) of Tyro, NC., Josh Toney (Vanessa) of Dunlow, Eric Starbird of Dunlow and Brandon Starbird of Dunlow. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grand-grandchildren, friends.
