She is survived by: her husband Lester Ray Finley; her children, Lester Kent Finley of Dunlow, Lori Hall (Earl) of Kenova and W. Va; her grandchildren, Kendra Browning (Eric) of Dunlow, Zacharia Finley of Dunlow, Devin Hall (Kristen), Katlyn Hall of St. Albans, W. Va, Loren Hall of Ashland, Alexander Hall of Kenova and Brody Hall of Kenova; and her siblings, Gloria Sammons (Don) of Ceredo, Ronald Stamper (Abby) of Dunlow, Barry Stamper (Becky) of Pikeville and Charles Stamper of Dunlow. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
