She is survived by: her mother Alma Fields Nichols; her husband Wayne Bryant Perry; her son Dwayne Perry; her grandchildren, Elijah, Eldon, Evan, Jarvey Perry, Angel and Gabriella Perry; her brothers, Rick and Doug Nichols of Greenville, TN; her siblings-in-law, James Perry (Pamula) of Beauty, KY, Danny Perry (Vicki) of Dunlow and Juanita Muncy (Billy) of Crum, WV; and her granddaughter Crystal Marcum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
