She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Watts and Emogene Berry Watts; and her brothers, Paul Lycans and Larry Watts. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Adkins; her children, Vickie Beckley (Jack) of Dunlow, WV and Charles "Chuck" Elijah Adkins (Krystal) of Fort Gay, WV; her sisters, Carol Thompson of Ceredo, WV and Mary Sue Young of South Carolina; her sister-in-law Glenna Lycans of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, Dustin Adkins (Breanna), Austin Adkins (Talena), Dillon Adkins, Hailey Adkins (Josh), Hannah Adkins, Helaina, Michael Starkweather (Tara), Trevor Starkweather, Brooklynn Watts (Charlie), Dakota Beckley, Elijah Beckley and Andrew Beckley; and her great grandchildren, Maddie Starkweather, Emily Perry, Logan Starkweather, Ryelynn Starkweather, Ayden Adkins, Brailey Adkins, Addilynn Adkins and Axel Church Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Morris Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
