She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mills and Callie Mills; and her brothers, Flem and Amos Mills. She is survived by: her husband James Watts; her children, James Edward Watts of South Charleston, W. V and Pamela Kay Browning (Steve) of Little Harts, W. V; her grandsons, Stevie Browning (April) of Chapmanville, W. V and Jake Browning (Maggie) of Little Harts; her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Levi, Noah and Gavin Browning; her siblings, Thelma Marcum of Kermit, Willis Mills (Thelma) of Huntington, W. V and Willard Mills (Faye) of Huntington; and her close friends, Donna Jervis of Dunlow W. Va, Mary Faye of Dunlow W. Va and Ike Maynard of Dunlow W. Va. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
