He is survived by nieces and nephews, some of who called her "the Diva of East Lynn": Betty Jo Higgins and husband Nick, Sarah "Beth" Hay and husband Anthony, Crystal Hall and fianc Shawn Carter, Jessica Harmon, Aaaron Jeffries and wife Kristen, Travis Kitts, Timmy "Little Brother" Harmon, Hayleigh LeAnn Higgins, Bryson Carter, Brian, Kayle, David, and J. T., special "nephew" Little Bobby; a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lick Creek Baptist Church Building Fund.
