He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Adkins and Pansy Adkins; and his sister Avenelle Harvey. He is survived by: his partner Joannn Haddox; and his siblings, Linda Adkins (Chuck Ramey) and Walter Adkins Jr. (Melissa Ferguson) of Dunlow.
