Va, James Likens (Ashley), Paige Deboard (Steven), Kristopher Starn (Michaella), Brayden Starn (Anna), Jason "Ricky" Likens, Hayley Spaulding of Crum, Morgan Spaulding of Crum, Brilee Ruth Starn of Dunlow, Colter Stroud of Dunlow, Deegan Stroud of Dunlow, Braxton Deboard of Dunlow, Leland Stacy of Wayne, Bryson Stacy of Wayne and Aubree Ray-Lynn Likens; his brother John Vannatter; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Stevens, Crystal Moore, Michael Moore, Big Stroud and Donald Stamper; and his close friends, Junior Angel, Punk Newsome, Arbutis Rice Mills, Marcella Boley and David Sartin.
