He is survived by: his wife Maxin Perry; his children, Daniel Perry (Mary Lou), Dale Perry, Dwayne Perry (Misty), Debbie Ward, Danielle Daniel and Denise James (Jonathan); his sisters, Sally Primer, Earnestine Lacky and Imojean Messer; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Mitchell Chapman, Kacey Newsome, Dakota Perry, Gary Lee Messer, Hailey Messer, Nathan Messer, Zechariah, Gabriel, Virginia, Mahalia Perry and Katelin Osborne.
