He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Stroud and Badzilla Maynard Stroud. He is survived by: his sons, Floyd Stroud (Nancy) of King, NC and Roger Stroud (Mabel) of Flatwoods, KY; his brother Landon Stroud (Barbara) of Fort Gay, WV; and his grandchildren, Kenneth, Veronica, Jeff and April. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
