He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maynard and Sarah Anise Copley Maynard; his brother Philip Maynard; and his son-in-law Tracy "Ace" Marcum. He is survived by: his wife June Darlene Ferguson Maynard of Dunlow; his daughters, Brandi Lou "Tig" Marcum (Joshua Roberts) of Dunlow and Samantha Renee "Slurp" Maynard (John Egnor, II) of Wayne, WV; his grandchildren, Noah "Deuce" Marcum of Dunlow, Nova "Bright Star" Maynard of Dunlow, Draven "Ribbit" Egnor of Wayne, WV, Jaden of Wayne, WV and Egnor of Wayne, WV; his siblings, Joan Maynard of Wayne, Janet Clark of Wayne, Lowell Maynard (Esther) of Dunlow, Carl Maynard (Billie Jo) of Dunlow, Jennings Maynard (Magalean) of Dunlow and Larry Maynard (Debbie) of Genoa, WV; and his nieces, Robyn "Pog" Maynard and Amanda "Mandole" Whitt.
