He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rowley of Liberty and Dovie Reed Rowley of Liberty; and his siblings, Pete Rowley, Eugene Rowley, Audrea Caruthers, Geraldine Burton and Virginia Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse William "Billy" Rowley (Patty) of Nitro, Debra Eads (Sam) of Sissonville, Emma Carroll of Poca, Jessica Taylor of Sissonville and Jennifer Myers of Red House; his sisters, Ruth Ann Minner, Beulah Lewis and Corrine Hall; and also, Nash Tyanne and Jesse Tyanne. He is also survived by many friends, relatives, and brothers and sisters.
