He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry "Tony" and Rosemarie Mooney; his stepson Frank Kowalski; and his grandson Blaine Charcandy. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Mooney (King); his stepchildren, Tiger Charcandy (Kathy), Timmy Charcandy (Brittney), Tammy Pennington (Ralph) and Cris Larzo (Melissa); his siblings, Katharina Mooney (Brian Johnson), John Mooney (Jo Mooney) and Rose A. Mooney (Randy Tate); his stepmother Velva Mooney; his nieces and nephews, Gary Gunno (Amber), Daren (Sarah), Ranen, Aiden, Tyler, Abigail Mooney, Bella and Kami; his aunts and uncles, Douglas Mooney (Debra), Darrell Mooney, Hazel Jordan (Carl), Ruby Pardue, Jean Moore, Della Zelaska, Barbara Mooney, Brenda Brackenridge and Carolyn Carrier; his grandchildren, Amanda, Dustin, Ashley, Luther, Ralph Allen, Luke, Tess, Ellie of Zoe, TJ, Wesley, Brandon, Harley and Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Alena, Layla, Rozlyn, Zander, Zaine, Jennifer, Savannah, Coltn, Jace and Frank.
