She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver French and Flora E. Pauley Elkins of Joe's Creek; her former husband Don Neal; and her husband Sony Warren. She is survived by: her son Michael Neal (Sheila). She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
