He is survived by: his significant other Iva; his brothers, Greg Farley (Robin) of Virginia and Timmy Farley of Mcgraws, WV; his daughters, Sandra Toler (Jason) of Oceana, WV, Sarah Sizemore of Ravencliff, WV and Stephany Forbes (Alex) of Ohio; and his stepchildren, Keith Smith of Dunbar, WV, Eddie Smith of Dunbar, WV, Jennifer Smith of Charleston, WV and Mellissa Smith of Spring Hill, WV..
