She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Short; and her sister Linda Thompson Stevens. She is survived by: her brothers, Marshall Thompson (Connie) of Dunbar and Jimmy Thompson (Violet); and her brother-in-law Tom Stevens (Nancy) of Dunbar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
