She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Painter and Ellen Jones Painter; her husband William Ray "Bill" Blaylock; and her siblings, Nettie Norman of Kentucky, Connie Dundon of Ripley, Redith Clark of Charleston, Bob of Sissonville, Sonny of Sissonville, Clint of Sissonville and Jimmy Painter of Sissonville.
She is survived by: her son Todd Blaylock (Megan) of Mullica Hill; her grandchildren, Mason, Jackson, Greyson and Emerson Rae; her siblings, Steve Painter of Charleston and Brenda Fields of Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Lilly Blaylock. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
