He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Otis and Nellie Ruby Francisco; and his siblings, Opal Tinsley (John), Brady Francisco (Marguerite), Betty Randolph (Roe), Ellen Turley (Raymond) and Darlene Painter (Dana).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Harper Francisco of Tyler Mountain; his daughter Toni Delph (Ed); his grandson Clint Delph (Skylar) of Lafayette, Indiana.; and his siblings, Mildred Beaver (late Bill), Carl Ray Francisco (late Helen) and Wayne Francisco (Leona).
