It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul David Kelly (Dunbar, West Virginia), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Kelly and Linda Halstead (Kelly); and his brother Bradford Wayne Kelly of Charleston. He is survived by: his children, BreeAnna Kidd of South Charleston and Preston Kelly of Charleston; his grandson Abram Kidd of South Charleston; his sister Lori Brown (Tim) of Hedgesville, WV; and his stepfather Neal Halstead of Charleston.
