She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmothers, Lynn Swagger-Orem and Heaven; her parents, John Swagger (Brenda) of Sykesville and Virginia "Frankie" Deweese of Hometown; her stepbrother Jason Swagger; her daughters, Jenn Morla (Jean Carlos) and Candace James of Charleston; her siblings, Greg Swagger (Melinda) of Charleston, Sheila Rosemond (Rod) of Houston, TX and Regina Tipton (Dwayne) of Dunbar; her stepsister Mandy Starner (Mike) of Westminster, MD.; her grandchildren, Hannah Morla, Nehemiah James and Isaiah James; and her nephew Cory (Karyme). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
