He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Adam Casto (Holly Garland-Casto) of Bristol, TN; and his siblings-in-law, David Calhoun (Teresa Harris Calhoun) of Raleigh, NC, Doug Calhoun (Lisa Richards Calhoun) of St. Albans, Kelly Fleshman Shamblin (Mark) of Sissonville and Karen Fleshman of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
