He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramona Harper and Marshall L. Dotson; and his uncles, Dexter Owsley and Dale Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Allie Workman (Trey) of St. Albans, WV; his fiancé Molli Vanhorn of Dunbar, WV; and his aunt Susie Owsley of Nitro, WV.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Donal C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (130 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
