He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Humphreys Slater; his sons, Richard (Judy) and Ronnie (April); his siblings, Danial Slater and Pat Gibson; his grandchildren, Brady Slater (Holly Staton), Coty Slater (Rachel Johnston) and Tristan Slater (Christina Greer); and his great grandchild Clint Brady Slater.
