He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Marie Ralston; his parents, Leroy Ralston and Margret Ralston; his sister Sue Davis; his parents-in-law, Jim and Dorothy Miller; and his brother-in-law Scott Miller.
He is survived by: his son Lee F. "Frankie" Ralston II; his sisters, Ann Reynolds of Dunbar and Alice Whitt (John) of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Cox of Nitro, Kathy Taylor (Ralph) of Dunbar, Mildred Shelton of Oak Hill and Jim Miller (Gail) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Donal C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (130 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
