He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Means and Mary Williams Means; his brother Thomas Cecil Means; and his brother-in-law Jerry Wayne Hill. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his sisters, Nancy Cogar (Paul) of Buffalo and Brenda Hill (Johnny) of Nitro; his sons, Christopher Means (Tasha) of Fairmont, Larry Wayne Means Jr. of Dunbar and Benji Layher (Lurraine) of Arkansas; his stepson Edward Leon Landis (McKayla) of Red House; and his grandson Edward Landis IV of Red House. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members.
