He is survived by: his daughters, Sabrenna Midkiff (Beany) and Sue Hoffman (Susie); his son-in-law Greg Midkiff; his grandchildren, Ashley Midkiff, Dylan Midkiff, Brock Hoffman, Luke Hoffman and Landon Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Harrison Hoffman, Couper Westbrook, Dylanie Midkiff and Gunner Belcher; and his sisters, Virginia Gillenwater and Doris Monday (Darrell). He is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
