We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2020, Katherine Ports Turner (Dunbar, West Virginia), born in Clifton Forge, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Turner and Fanny Turner; her husband Woodrow W. Turner; her daughters, Lana Turner and Rita Sigmon; and her sister Bessie Gardner.
She is survived by: her sons, Blaine and Thomas Turner (Mary); and her grandchildren, Jack Sigmon (Nancy), John Wilson Turner (Kim), John Gosnell Turner, Thomas Turner II (Treva), Darby Barwick (Larry), Brian Turner (Kristi) and Kristin Tait (Jon). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 10 great great-grandchildren and 1 great great-great-grandchild.
