She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Elkins and Mabel Elkins; her son Douglas Shultz; and her siblings, Kenneth Elkins, Jimmy Elkins, Billy Elkins, Ernie McKinney and Pauline Emond.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Irene Farley; her children, Joseph Tittle (Sara) and Kelly Wallot; and her grandchildren, Amanda Collins, Charlene Westfall (Gene), Jennifer Shultz, Shane Tittle (Lisa), Harry Wallot, Destiny Wallot, Sarah Tittle, Brittany Owen, Alex and Sondra Samples.
