He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cox and Noriene Elizabeth Cox of Dunbar; his nephew Samuel Gareth Perry of New York; and his aunt Doris Beane of Florida. He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Dunbar; his sister Mary Perry of Lynnwood, WA; his daughter Rachel Rocha (Carlos); his grandchildren, Yusor and Zaid of Springfield, VA; his daughter Sarah Cox of Richmond, VA; his uncle Joe Sisson (Jean) of Sissonville; his stepdaughter Summer Starling of Dunbar; his stepgrandsons, Devin Starling and Jax Starling of Dunbar; his great-niece Odessa Tetchan Perry; and his great-nephew Lemuel Ryo Perry of California. He is also survived by his friends and family.
