We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 71, Janet Hilyard (Dunbar, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Winford; her parents, Clifford Hagy and Mary Anna Hagy; and her sister Diane Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Robyn (Noah), Brian (Carrielynn) and Douglas. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren.
