He was predeceased by: his father Wandel Mullins; his stepmother Norma Mullins; his mother Betty Harris Woods; and his brother Mark Barefield. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Mullins of Georgia; his granddaughter Stormy Mullins; and his siblings, Ray Mullins (Tina) of South Charleston, Timmy Mullins of Florida, JoAnn Paxton (James) of Charleston, Chuck Barefield of Dunbar and Tina Worrell of Charleston.
