She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayward Ellyson and Gertie Crites Ellyson; her former husband Charles Virgil Thompson Sr.; her husband John Graham Wilkerson; her son Ervin "Keith" Thompson; and her siblings, Hobert Ellyson, Glenda L. Drake and Glenna Powers.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Thompson Jr. (Wanda) and Robert Thompson; and her daughter-in-law Kay Thompson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
