He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy "Freddie" Carter (Janice), Connie Craze of Shrewsbury, Janice Buckley of Charleston and Darlene Nickoson of St. Albans; and his friends, Junior, Linda Ford of Glasgow and Terry Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
