She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Slater; her parents, Ida Lee Boggess and Arthur Loatus Fisher; her stepfathers, Nelson Guy Ransbottom, Arnold Webster Asbury and Sherden Roscoe Boggess; her great grandchild McKinlee Grace Petry; her siblings, Dorothy Mae Howrey (Fisher), Betty Jo Phillips, Harold Arthur Ransbottom, James Guy Ransbottom and Everett Sherman Ransbottom; and her grandparents, Charles Andrew Peyton and Virginia Bell Peyton (Marion) of Guthrie.
She is survived by: her grandparents, John Wesley Fisher and Martha Mae Fisher (Hill) of Jackson County; and her siblings, Mary Newhouse, Joseph Ransbottom, Loretta Smith and Arnold Asbury II. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
