She was predeceased by: her husband Jack L. "Tommy" Skeens; her parents, Elmer Skeens and Ada Joseph; and her siblings, Elmer Joseph, James Joseph, Edward Joseph and Patricia Shabdue.
She is survived by: her son Steve Skeens; her wife Patty; her sister Mary Smalley; and her grandson Joshua Skeens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
