She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Hunter; her husband Howard Nappier, Sr.; her children, Terry Nappier and Albert Woodson; her great grandchild Jahlil Clement; and her siblings, Henrietta Dyess and Ozell Dyess.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Powell, Angie Woodson, Treva Preston (Johnny), Sherry Nappier, Alex Woodson and Howard Nappier, Jr.; her sisters, Judith Penn, Sandy Dyess and Sequaya Hunter; and her uncle Sherman Watkins. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the All Nations Revival Center (325 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Grandview Memorial Park (1313 Hillview Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
