He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Plear of Dunbar, WV; his siblings, Tonya Plear of New York, NY and Jeffrey Plear, Sr. (Tiffany) of Charleston, WV; his aunts and uncles, Sophie Plear, Irene Plear of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Ruth Payne Brown of Baltimore, MD, Patricia Wilson of Dunbar, WV, Thomas Plear of Cincinnati, OH, Wayman Wilson of Dunbar, WV, Dennis Marshall Plear (Gloria) of Denver, CO, Lewis Proffitt of Avondale, PA and Marshall Petty of Charleston, WV; his nieces, Alexandria and Joelle Plear; and his nephew Jeffrey Plear, Jr.. He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
