He is survived by: his mother Paulette Joyce Sevy Meadows, Sr.; and his brothers, Michael Wayne Meadows of Danese, Roger Dale Meadows (Sharon Rookstool Meadows) of Springdale and Danny Allen Meadows of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
