She was predeceased by: her parents, Yewell Plumley and Crystal Cavender Plumley; her husband Carl F. Burdette; her brothers, Denver, Gary and Norman Plumley, Sr.; her children, Patti Hanson and Michael A. Burdette; and her granddaughter Tiffanie Milam.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Milam (Jackie) of Charleston, Karen Foster of Dunbar and Charles Milam of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harper Memorial (4431 Big Tyler Rd, Charleston, WV 25313). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
