Dorcas Meeks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorcas Meeks (Dunbar, West Virginia), who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spence and Lottie Spence of Dunbar; and her husband Howard W. Meeks. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Meeks of Charlotte, NC and John Meeks (Frances) of Conover, NC; and her grandchildren, Lisa Jackson (Bryant) of Ragsvale, Eric Meeks of Nitro, Amber Meeks of Graham, NC, Travis Meeks of Graham, NC and Brian Meeks of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
