With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delmar Ray Withrow of Dunbar, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Alex; his wife Lena; and his daughters, Brenda and Teresa. He is survived by: his children, Dale Ray (Tana), Eugene (Sharon), Jackie (Cindy), Rick (Leanne), Kenny, Freda (Donnie), Kevin and Tara. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
