He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Smith; and his daughter Teresa Smith Pack. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Smith; his wife Bonnie Bumgardner Smith; his daughter Lisa Dean (Robert); his grandsons, Nicholas Casto (Deandra) and Thomas Brandon Casto (Amy); his great grandchildren, Pops Girls, Harper, Scarlett, Sophia and Courtney; and his siblings, Carl Smith, Marvin Smith, Joe Smith, Sallie Martin, Jean Jarrett and Elizabeth Painter.
