With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Joseph Koontz of Dunbar, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Koontz, Sr. and Audrey Nadine Koontz; and his brothers, Frank Koontz (Nubby) and Mike D. Koontz. He is survived by: his brother Greg Koontz of Tyler Mountain; and his children, Joseph Koontz of Pittsburgh, PA and Samantha Koontz of Dunbar. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
