He is survived by: his wife Audrey Thomas; his children, Glen Thomas of Charleston, Terry Thomas of Loudendale and Sandra Dixon (Charles) of Gladstone, MO; and his stepson John Cooper Sr. of Loudendale. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
