He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O'Grady Lacy and Beulah Louise Cline Lacy; his wife Nancy Roberts Lacy; his daughter Karen Lacy Monty; and his brothers, Paul "Snookie" Lacy, Gary Lacy and Larry Lacy.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Lacy Connolly, Chuck Lacy and Bill Lacy; his children-in-law, Kim Buchanan Lacy and Scott Monty; his grandchildren, Stephanie Brown Legg, Jonathan Brown, Chase Monty and Jeremy Coulter; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Legg, Jonah Legg, Josie Legg, Payton Coulter and Bradyn Coulter.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
