He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Foster-Garner (Todd) of Elkridge, MD and Anita Foster Smith of Cross Lanes; his sister Janice Foster Milam (Frank) of Lewisburg; his sister-in-law Donna Foster of Charleston; his daughters, Amy Riddle (Jimmy) of Hurricane and Andrea Custer (Stephanie) of Deltona, FL; and his grandchildren, Griffin, Grayson, Weston, Ethan, Addison, Breanna, Logan, Ellie, Eli, Aly and Abby.
