He is survived by: his children, Jean Arthur of South Charleston, Rusty Arthur (Cheryl) of Hurricane, Danny Arthur (Margo) and Darren Arthur (Nancy Spencer) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Arthur (Rene) of Scott Depot, Andrew Short (Amber) of Kuna, ID, Adam Short (Jenna) of Morrisville, NC and Amy Henson (Rob) of Teays Valley; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Savannah Arthur, Hadley Short, Alex Henson and Sophie Henson; and his sister Nancy King (Charlie) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
