With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Hively (Dunbar, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 11, 2018 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Hively and Landyn Hively; his mother Sally Hively; his siblings, Jessica Riffle and Alan Hively; and his grandmother Garnet Kee.
